Next took over an old Debenhams store on the bustling Argyle Street. A former Top Shop store which appeared to have from the first fit out an additional 2 fit outs installed over the top. This resulted in the existing slab being overloaded following a structural survey with 3 layers of flooring and 3 layers of wall linings.

We therefore had to strip the unit back to shell which also revealed that the existing fire protection was not to current standards.

The fit out consisted of new fire stopping, new floors, ceilings and finishes. Existing services were adapted where possible along with new.

We are delighted with the end result given that this was one of our most challenging projects to date.
